The Enneagram is a powerful tool that can lead to more compassion and understanding of those who see and experience the world differently. Enneagram knowledge can help corporate, school and church teams have a better understanding of each other and learn how each member functions within the system. This knowledge can lead to stronger communication and more efficient, cohesive teams.

Workshops
During interactive staff workshop, team members will take a tour of the nine types and learn how to use this insightful information to increase their own self- awareness and improve relationships with other team members.

Different length presentation are available. The information presented can range from a brief introduction of the Enneagram to a 'deep-dive' of each of the 9 types.

ABOUT STACEY
Stacey Ruff, lpc, m.ed.
A former educator, Stacey has 25 years of counseling experience. She earned an M.Ed. in Counseling and is a retired Licensed Professional Counselor. Ms. Ruff earned her Professional Certification through Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes' (former presidents of the International Enneagram Association) CP Enneagram Academy.
An engaging, insightful speaker, Stacey has presented on various topics to thousands of people throughout her career. With regard to the Enneagram, she has presented at Dallas-area and state-wide conferences, trained corporate, school, and church staff, and designed and led a weekend retreat in February 2020 on using Enneagram wisdom to transform both personally and spiritually. In addition to coaching individuals and groups, Stacey also works as a coach for the CP Enneagram Academy.
